Stunning stay
Loved the room, we had the yellow wood suite and it was beautiful. The pool area was stunning and the grounds were were kept and vast.
It is far from a lot of other restaurants.

Ideal for families but not for us as a couple.
Nice room with lovely shower. Restaurant excellent. Spa very nice (though don’t bother with the lunch package). Segway is a highlight on this lovely property which had music on some Friday and Saturday evenings though none of the hotel staff seemed to know about it.
Pool overrun by kids. Would be great if they had an adult only pool. Wine tasting lacked lustre and rushed. Bill ridiculously complex and confusing with food; alcohol; water; tax and tips all charged separately. Wish we’d kept a better record as we went along.

The pool is no where need big enough for the amount of rooms. Needs to be a child’s pool or space. Did not like the standard 12% gratuity automatically added (this is not customary in SA).

Everything was sublime. Basically soho house style interiors but with attentive and brilliant staff!
