Service and responsiveness of staff was great.
Clean rooms.
Great location.
Staff was very personable.
Nice facilities in the lobby with extra activities available. (games, pool table, swimming pool)
Toilet seat was falling off.
Boarding pass computer did not work. After multiple attempts, computer would not print to the printer even though the computer could "see" the "ready" printer.
No free continental breakfast.
Noisy AC/heater
Lack of clarity on how to use AC and connect to wireless. An Information sheet would be helpful.

Clean, functional. Plenty of places to charge electronics. Staff very friendly.
Location in the middle of nowhere Very industrial feel to the facilities. Fast food style breakfast.
