About this bed and breakfast
A stunning 842 SF detached two-story Guest House in the heart of South Austin, separated from the Main Home by a tree-filled privtate entry. You'll have a full kitchen, dining, living area and a study/work space (desk & LCD monitor) and a half bath downstairs. Upstairs is a bedroom with a King Bed, walk-in closet and an elegant bathroom with a huge, dual-head shower. Guests also have part of the back yard, outdoor seating and a fire pit/chimnea to use that is partitioned from the rest of the yard. You will also have a Smart TV with streaming apps and a full size washer & dryer.
We are a very quick drive or a casual walk to Zilker Park, South Lamar and South Congress! We typically walk to our favorite places...like Lucky Robot Sushi, Torchy's, Lady Bird Lake Hike & Bike Trail, Thai Fresh, Auditorium Shores, Terry Black's BBQ, Summer Moon Coffee, Reina Pepiada, LeNoir, Fresa's and many, many food trucks & trailers!

Cindy and I have been hosting fantastic guests for almost 4 years with 100% posative and ZERO negative reviews (on another site). We had a wonderful stay! The space is beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. It was fully stocked - appreciated the blow dryer and bathroom essentials. The hosts were lovely and accommodating. The bed and pillows were also very comfy.
