A Murphy bed folds down to create a cozy sleeping nook and tucks away during the day for more living space. Nearby, a modern futon offers an additional sleeping spot, making the studio comfortable for up to 3 guests.
The living area is styled with mid-century modern touches, including a lounge chair and ottoman perfect for curling up with a book or enjoying a quiet evening. French doors open to a private balcony, where you can sip coffee in the morning or watch the sunset filter through the trees.
The retro-inspired kitchenette features a mini-fridge, microwave, sink, and coffee maker, along with dishes, utensils, and basic condiments for simple meals. A dining table sits nearby, offering a spot to share breakfast before heading out to explore Austin or the Hill Country.
