Other than the loud air conditioning, the hotel was excellent, and the staff was very nice. I especially like talking to

Design, style, rooftop bar, and although out-of-the-way, Location wasn’t too bad.

The air conditioning unit sounded like a jet engine starting up. It started at a really low whoosh and then it just got louder and louder and louder….and then it was a full on jet engine. it would turn off and 10 minutes later it started again and you could hear the wind up. It just sounded like a jet engine. So my wife and had to sleep with earplugs.

This is a very nice property. There are several nice restaurants within walking distance (same shopping center) plus a coffee shop and a convenience store. The rooftop open air bar has great views.

The hotel is in a beautiful location not too far from downtown, and is also close to a small strip center in case you don’t want to travel too far. The hotel is very modern and clean with super friendly staff that were incredibly helpful.

I would never stay there again. $300 a night is way too expensive to deal with nasty bedding and unclean floors and pool

Location

The bedsheets weren’t changed between guests and had blood and pee stains on them. The room didn’t have finished paint job on the walls and had gross stains on the floor. Went to the pool and it hasn’t been cleaned in a while because I definitely saw mold floating around the water loungers. 300 dollars a night was way too expensive for this place. They also don’t change out the comforters because I asked for a new one and they don’t even have them there. They kept bringing me sheets. I would never stay there again.

Wonderful and relaxing

The property was clean and quite. It offered open balcony space to sit and enjoy morning coffee quietly. The pool was lovely. The location was great! The Marigold Market (coffee was great, but I like a little coffee with my cream😊) and several restaurants are in walking distance.

Great place to stay in Hill Country.

The room was clean and the hotel was in a convenient location to the venue I was visiting. The price was reasonable for the brand and the accommodations at the hotel.

my room was clean but the toilet seat was not screwed on properly. It was very loose and I nearly fell off the seat when using the toilet in the middle of the night. I informed the staff at checkout and they assured me that it would be fixed for the next guest.

Fantastic!

I really liked the costumer service and it is in a great location. The staff is very responsive and they are really nice! The facilities are clean and they have a rooftop bar that you will definitely enjoy! Excellent customer service! I also loved the view from my room. It was magnificent and we were able to kind of get away from the city!

The scent in the lobby is so strong that you can taste it in your mouth. A lot of the guests were talking about the strong scent and my suggestion is to keep that in mind for the guests that have sensitivities to scents. It was so strong and overpowering.

Exceptional

We very much enjoyed this hotel and the proximity and ease of getting to the hill country as well as central Austin! We had both our dogs with us and really appreciated being able to have the ground floor to let them out and that there was some green space for them to use! The room was relatively spacious for two people and two large(ish) dogs and clean!
