Could be better for a luxury hotel

The facility, grounds and pools were lovely.

We had some issues with check in and had to wait over an hour to get our rooms after 6 pm and then we had to wait to get into a restaurant for dinner. Not a good start for a family with small children.

Resort was beautiful and clean

Despite being a guest, I was not able to get a booking for their best restaurant (Blind Salamander) or any establishment I wanted to attend for at least 2+ hours. This was over the course of 3 nights. That was really disappointing. This is a resort that is a decent drive from most things and their valet was honest enough to admit that taxis don't come to the resort. We waited an were refused an uber and lyft for a example. So if you want/ need (because you can't find anywhere for dinner) to go into the city, expect a 40USD trip. The fact I couldn't get into a restaurant for dinner until after 9.15pm each night was unacceptable and a huge damper on the experience. I wish I could review blind salamander but.... no luck, never got in. Either booked for a function or no availability.

Great stay for our Anniversary!

The staff was great! Very professional and very helpful, from the bell men, valet, front desk, restaurant staff were all exceptional.

Could have been better.

The patio for s’mores was nice and clean. The hotel was clean. Staff were the best!

Breakfast was below average for the price. Not a good selection for “buffet”. You can get a better breakfast at a normal hotel. Pools were over crowded and could not access the hot tube if you weren’t over 18. And if you have issues with stairs this place is not accessible for people with mobility issues.

We give it an A and Anna an A+++

Anna is the bomb! She needs a raise! She went over and above helping us find a server and made sure we were taken care of before she left her shift. Front desk reception and valet were great as well.

The Crenshaw menu was limited and the sever did not bring the appetizer first she brought it with the order. he flies are insane and needs to be some kind of zapper or control device for that.

During the freeze we stayed at a Hyatt, Westin and a Hilton sorry we didn’t find Omni first😀

Loved the rooms and facilities. Loved the walking area for dogs. Loved Bobs steakhouse! Staff was wonderful.

Breakfast was pricey for children. Charge for dogs was ridiculous….I realize some can tear up a room but I would imagine most of the dogs that stay there are well mannered

More selections at the coffee shop in terms of coffee and fresh baked goods. But again, staff was fun and friendly.
