The facility, grounds and pools were lovely.
We had some issues with check in and had to wait over an hour to get our rooms after 6 pm and then we had to wait to get into a restaurant for dinner. Not a good start for a family with small children.

The resort was beautiful the valet was great to work with and the service was wonderful customer service.
All the workers were very nice and polite and the restaurant's food was so tasty
The bartender was awesome and kept me and my husband laughing.

Great atmosphere
Clean facility
We were in a room next to something that made noise during the night. It was hard to sleep.

The location is very lovely!
The room wasn’t ready. They asked us to please wait on a room high up and all they had was ground floor. We waited with all our things in the lobby just to be handed a key to the 2nd floor. Then the view was the roof. When we showered, the highest pitch whistle came from the shower head. And that room we waited on was next to the elevator so we didn’t get much sleep. Bummer.
