Toilet, overflowing gloved and we had to unplug our self’s no house keeping had to throw or own trash A/C didn’t work it was hot thank god I had a fan

Staff is friendly and everything was neat and clean.

Halls smelled a bit weird.

Location was very accessible and close to major freeways

Elevator was not working so I had to take all of my luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Front desk notified me that the payment hadn't gone through so I showed them the payment on the app and credit card statement but he refused to accept so I had to pay again so I can stay. The hallways smelled of smoke. The bathroom had several stands of hair in bathtub, toilet and mirror. The AC never got cold despite it being at the lowest setting.

Smell of humidity and mold. Carpets are old and dirty. Room Doors are extremely hard to open. No bathrooms in the lobby. If you are over 5 feet the shower head will on reach you shoulders

The staff was excellent

The first room I got had flooded I ran bath water and the water leaked from the bathroom all the way to the bed at 10:00 and I had to switch rooms. The room I was switched to smelled like mechanic had been in there

Absolutely nothing at all, sadly.

After I paid online and presented my confirmation to the main desk at the hotel they told me that there were no rooms available. I advised them that I had my confirmation from booking.com and they said that they could not do anything about it even when booking.com showed 5 rooms available on their site. I had to pay and stay at another hotel. Now I need to know how I will be refunded for that when I was not able to stay because of the lack of availability. I am requesting a refund.

The property was in a good location, access to a lot of places… it was clean What stood out to me was and made my stay good was Joseph at the front desk, he was awesome

Drove in fro a 5 hour trip for a special event. I requested a checkin at 3pm. I arrived at 5pm. My friend who arrived before me was there in the lobby waiting for 45 min. She said they are still cleaning her room and cant get in yet. We waited a couple hours. My event started at 7pm, it was not 6:45 and still no room to get ready. After going back and forth with the worker in the front that i need my room now i ended up having to get ready in my car and leave which i was still late for the event i drove in for. My other friend stayed to wait for the room and they didnt get in until 8:30. This was highly unacceptable! Not only that the room had no soap, no shampoo, no conditioner, elevator didnt even work. They didnt even prepare the room right. To top things off they charge me an extra $30 for a late checkout fee which isnt true. They knocked on my door at 11 and i was gathering my things. Left at 11:15. So quick to charge a late checkout when i should have got a late checkin credit. Worst experience ever. Also people that work there told me this happens everyday.

i felt that the place was unkept, dirty, and very low quality. Everyone seemed to have a dog which made me worry that I was laying on dog infested sheets. place was old and work, elevator wasnt working

Main issue was front desk was frequently unattended for greater than 15 min and the keycards frequently did not work so I would go to front desk and no one was there. The staff were pleasant but when I got an offer from my son I could stay with him I took it. He could only pick me up in the evening so I was told to have it be an early checkout for the next day which I had already paid for rather than a late checkout out in which case I would have a “large” fine. So I contacted Booking.com and they said my reservation was changed to Wed morning check out on March 2nd. I left and turned in my key at the front desk about 6:00pm on March 1st. I asked if I needed to sign anything and was told no and gave my 2 key cards.

The price of the room was great, especially for a double bedroom. It was clean overall and the front staff, Joseph, was very helpful and nice. Plenty of towels.

The front desk attendant, Joseph, was understaffed and was doing everything on his own. He was very attentive and completed tasks as requested. Props to him! We only had two lights in the room that worked. No lamps worked so it was hard to see at night around the beds unless there was sunlight. The area wasn't bad but the moment we checked in, the police entered the lobby looking for someone which was kind of a red flag. People staying in he hotel were pretty sketchy too.

Only stayed one night .. bathroom tubs could use a upgrade but overall great experience

It is basic which is ok - clean bedding and rooms

The decor is dated carpets cakey and dirty. Cumbersome processes to getting basics like coffee making etc yet sold as an apartment style room. Placed with this level of facilities cost a third of what I paid. Massively overpriced!

The staff was so accommodating and the room was just what we needed.

The only improvement I would suggest is juice or milk for those younger kids and for people who don't care for coffee

Nothing! we did not end up staying.

Room was not ready at 3pm Once ready, it was NOT clean and the carpet was heavily stained. The room smelled like pet urine. We were traveling with a toddler who touches everything!!! There is no way we were going to stay there in the condition it was in.

Staff never available by phone. Property advertised both to booking.com and at facilities by a staff person who checked in that breakfast was available. This is a lie a falsehood no breakfast just coffee and coco advertised on the wall as breakfast.

I did not like anything about this hotel

I did not like this hotel at all I did not like the staff they were rude and they disrespected me several times when I went up to my room it stunk really bad so I had to go back to the front desk and get changed to a different room and when I did that I went into the hallway of the third floor and it just smelt disgusting the hot water did not even get hot and the water pressure wasn't even on hardly this by far was the worst hotel I've ever stayed out of my life and I do want a partial refund or a full refund

how did a night shif welcome me

The staff I met were friendly and helpful.

“Breakfast” was granola bars and packaged muffins. Not good when you’re gluten free. Although the room was marked as “non smoking”, it reeked of cigarette smoke and there were burn marks in the carpet. The room was clean but the one working elevator was dirty and smelled.

I have the Ac set at 66 but it felt more like 76

I wouldn’t book here if it’s the last hotel on earth!

dirty dirty dirty! staff have bed bugs crawling on them. blood on the wall, poop on the wall, sheets dirty, trash under the bed, trash still in trash can, water cold, shower broken, tv and WiFi didn’t work, staff is RUDE, they act like they care only to DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. lied to me about cleaning the room! this hotel is a JOKE and needs to be shut down! contacting the BBB to have them SHUT DOWN!!! I checked out early I refused to stay in an UNSAFE environment.
