☀️ 100m from the beach, large terrace, 3 bedrooms. Long live seaside vacations! We’d be delighted to welcome you to our spacious apartment with its serene and modern atmosphere!
We’re a couple with two young children, and all the amenities you need for a perfect stay are at your disposal.
Located on the 4th floor with an elevator, the apartment features 3 bedrooms—including a master suite with a shower room—another bathroom, and, best of all, a large living area of nearly 40m² opening onto a 10m² terrace.
Here, you’ll have the chance to enjoy both the city and the beach on the same day!
Located in the Catalans/Pharo neighborhood—a lively, central seaside area close to the Old Port and many key city landmarks—it’s also very quiet and offers a change of scenery where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll while gazing out at the horizon!
There are 3 bus stops right outside the building to get to downtown in 3 minutes (or to the metro) or to the Corniche. Direct access to the highways is another plus.
Alternatively, biking is a great option, with several bike-share stations just 2 minutes away! Easy and free street parking is available.
