Great would stay again

Very nice property and entertainment as well as separate rooms good for travelling families.

Hot water ran our very fast and couldn’t clean dishes and shower at the same time

Not located in Balloch, is Jamestown. Extremely expensive for what it is.

It took a while to get confirmation back from host. But once did was easy. The location was not as it said .... it was actually in James town which is not very nice at all. The building looked awful on the outside and was far away from Balloch. on the positive side the flat was really lovely inside, super clean and very cosy. Was extremely expensive compared to everywhere else we stayed in the UK on our 3 week trip. and not worth it.

Location was not Balloch is Jamestown and far away, and not nice on outside. Flat located upstairs which is hard with cases.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable, SPAR with Subway is just like 5-7 min walk away, and there's a yummy Chinese takeaway opposite SPAR too. 15 min drive from the famous village of Luss.

Quite close to Loch Lomond so a convenient location for an overnight stay on our road trip round Scotland. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Free off road car parking outside property.

A great property

Really comfortable and nice touches, milk on arrival, responsive host and comfortable sofa and bed. Well located - A 10min walk to a decent size supermarket and parking is really easy outside of the property. There is a cafe there for coffee lovers. Heating is just a case of turning on the radiators at the wall and set the temperature you require (apart from the main living room which is programmed and keeps the room nicely warm. Having a washing machine was also a great feature. The host was really responsive to questions too.

A minor point on such a good property but for me the water temperature is set a bit low. For winter stays I would suggest it is increased a little to give more temperature choice in the shower.

It was a nice flat to discover the lovely Loch Lomond area. The flat was very clean and nothing was missed-we also found a fresh milk in the fridge. There are plenty of restaurants very near to the flat.

Great stay for us ,we loved it

House is fully equipped , clean and designed great. It's has everything needed to live there. We had coffee,tea and even milk .

There is small dining table(decorative), max 2 people can eat in the same time , the internet sometimes disconnected.

The flat was very modern and very comfortable. Above expectations. The location was good for parking but about 15 mins from the harbor.

Comfy and relaxing enough for a few days. Easy walking distance to the town centre.

Clean and tidy, smart TV and the beds were comfy enough. Bathroom was plenty big enough and shower worked well. There are separate parking bays so no trouble with that and the area itself seemed quiet. The place felt warm and it was nice to come back to after whole day exploring the area.

The mirror in the bathroom was too high for my wife who is 5ft 1, but there are other mirrors. Coat hook behind the door looked like it was going to fall off. On closer inspection the screws didn't go directly into the wood of the door and plugs that are only appropriate for non wood have been used. One of the bedroom lights didn't work and I swapped bulbs but it still didn't come on. If there are 4 of you like us I wouldn't recommend trying to cook a meal as the amount of workspace, quality of pans and the cooker itself don't really lend themselves to making it pleasurable. There was no corkscrew either but we managed to pick one up from the Coop. The neighbours above were quite noisy and up early and late stomping about, but I guess that can't be helped when you are in a flat. Lobby and stairs area a bit dark, smelt of smoke and a sign asking us not to close the entrance door as the postman couldn't get in, made you feel a little insecure.

Very good and comfortable stay except the broken water temperature control in the shower.

Clean, spacious and convenient. There is a door between the kitchen and the living room that help prevent the cooking smell.

It is really hard to control the temperature of the shower. The control knob is not working properly. Please fix it. A small table and chair for dinner will make the room more convenient.
