The apartment was as described on the website, clean, tidy in a good quiet location with easy parking. The host's communications for arrival were quick to arrive and clear. If I visit again I would use this apartment again.

Quiet location. A good find for a last minute booking. Within walking distance of Loch Lomond. Good walking paths along the loch itself. Plus, boat cruises on the loch and train service to/from Glasgow are both within walking dustance.
Directions could have been a little clearer. We easily got to the right area but finding the exact unit took a little sleuthing!

The place was clean
There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and no air freshener. There were two rubbish bins but no explanation as to which bin was for what type of rubbish.
