Our 3rd time staying here!

This was our 3rd time staying here and definitely won't be our last. It has everything you need. The garden is a fabulous size and us secure for dogs too. Everything was clean and tidy. The beds are nice and comfortable too.

Lovely bungalow. Large enclosed garden for pets. Plenty of walks for dogs. Great location, walking distance to Balloch Main Street and the Loch. Easy transport links to main cities and the rest of Loch Lomond and Trossachs

Exceeds expectations

Everything you need for a perfect stay can’t complain it had it all. Adam is amazing it’s our 5th time staying at Nairoo now and will definitely be back. Hopefully next time we can meet you Adam! For anyone looking at staying look no further walking distance to everything with warm home feeling to it. Massive back garden if you do bring any pets! Thank you again!

Great property in Balloch.

Quiet street, yet close to amenities. Very well appointed. Tasteful furnishings. Clean. Comfortable. Parking on own driveway. Friendly host who called me on arrival day to make sure I had received the entry code.

Very little to fault. A bit of weeding required to surrounds to make it perfect, but in fairness the grass area was tidy. We stayed with just two but if I’d had all my family 2 single beds in place of one of the doubles would be more flexible.

We had a great time and would happily visit again

The location was fantastic, we used it as a base to explore the area and had a great time. The property itself is great and we would happily live there. It is dog friendly with a large secure back garden as well as some lovely walks through the woods to the shore of Loch Lomond. There were lots of places to eat nearby and shops not far away. It was nice to sit in the garden and we even had a rabbit visit I one afternoon.

Great property with Adam a very good and approachable host.

Great property in a quiet road but still very close to all amenities. Also very dog friendly with the host providing lots of treats and even a dog towel and ball. Very large and fully enclosed garden.

Lovely stay 😊

Had a lovely stay at the place was nice and clean couldn’t fault the house at all was in a good location.also had sky tv and Netflix witch was a plus and all the faculties witch was needed. The garden was in closed for my wee dog and was very well maintained he also received a wee doggy bag with treats ,poo bags and a ball also a fleece towel left to dry him off . Would highly recommend this place 😊and will return in the summer ☺️

Everything was perfect. Parking place outside the house, very quiet area, 2 comfortable bedrooms, equipped kitchen & bathroom, outside area (though we didnt use it cause it was raining), very comfortable living room.

tired and worn house, with multiple issues in a great area.

location was great and size of house was adequate

Luke warm water in shower and bath. very low pressure also. small beds and old bedding. towels left wet on rusty radiator to dry prior to arrival. random furniture and decor, no flow. all floor doorway trims were very dirty and all fell off during our stay. no working bulbs in many fixtures. dirty cups in kitchen cupboards. kitchen door handle off, very cold house to start off with. no ventilation in double room, have to open patio door or nothing. this property needs kept up to date and maintained. it’s a shame as it’s a great area.

Beautiful house and area

Loved the house, lounge spacious and comfortable 👌..garden amazing, comfortable beds, kitchen nice and has all you need. Area is beautiful with plenty of lovely food and drink places close by.

The only thing is the shower is very weak. The bath is good though.

It served a purpose but would never stay again

That garden size was great and the location was superb for walking into Balloch

I found the property to be very dated and in need of a lick of paint and modernisation, there was mold in the bathroom and on the windows and there was a lot of dust on the skirting especially behind the bedside cabinets.

Loch Lomond Great

Would be really nice in summer due to the decking and bbq areas outside

There are no curtains in the living room, unable to get Netflix. Something outside banging all night kept us awake all night. There are no instructions about gas heating. The table in the kitchen makes it quite difficult to get out of the back door. Quilts were quite small for the beds.

Perfection!

Everything! Second time staying here as a couple with 2 dogs. And I can definitely say there will be a 3rd and 4th stay and so on! If you have dogs this is the perfect place as the back garden is huge and secure. Also great back garden for children. Great location - train station to get to Glasgow and on the edge of Loch Lomond for exploring. Literally cannot rate this place highly enough. We are originally from Glasgow but moved to London many years ago. Been searching for a regular place to stay near Glasgow for the 5 or so trips up we do every year and this is it!

Lovely wee home from home

Location, sky and Netflix, comfy beds, garden to use, close by pubs and restaurants, quiet at night.

Couldn't find the bbq so had to buy one.

Great location but property needs updating

Great location, lots of walks on your doorstep and some great restaurants and pubs right around the corner. Highly recommend Cucina and The Balloch house. Nice big garden for the dog to run around when we were at the house in the evenings.

Unfortunately the beds are far too hard for me. Swapped into the other room with my son and it was worse. Kept me awake each night as I had a dead shoulder, back ache and neck ache which for me spoilt my stay. The bathroom needs a major upgrade, mould around the shower and bath and the shower wasn’t the best

such a home away from home , everything you needed was provided absolutely beautiful property outside and in !

quiet neighbourhood, friendly neighbours, location was amazing my dog absolutely loved full run of the large garden and the wildlife everyday to awaken to rabbits in the garden is an added bonus total 10 out of 10 experience , i’ve highly recommended to friends and will definitely be back .

Clean and tidy house on a perfect spot

It is a complete and nice house in a quiet street in the centre of Balloch. It has it’s own parking space and a large garden (with some rabbits 😊) . It is the perfect place for exploring Loch Lomond.

The perfect base for a trip to Loch Lomond

We had such a lovely stay at Nairoo. Its the perfect base for exploring the Loch and surrounding area. You are just a few minutes walk from all of Balloch’s attractions including loch cruises, Lomond Shores and a variety of shops, pubs and cafes. The property itself was fantastic value for money. Spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. The garden is huge, and so secure and dog friendly. Our dog loved chasing away the birds, rabbits and squirrels that visited. The decking area was lovely to sit and enjoy dinner outside. Beds and sofas are comfortable and the kitchen is really well equipped. We also had great communication from the host, with recommendations for places to visit. Check in and check out was simple. Even the neighbour next door was so friendly and chatty. Highly recommended!

Lovely bungalow in a quiet culture de sac in a lovely place. Balloch is beautiful.
