Great apartment

The apartment was spacious, warm and comfortable. No noise problems despite the very central location and very handy for the train in to Glasgow. The apartment was well stocked with essentials and my son appreciated all the toys and books he found. Dean was a great host, easy communication and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place.

A couple of very minor maintenance points, the bathroom tap is missing its handle but obviously still usable and the freezer was in need of defrosting. Not a big deal, didn't detract from our stay.

Great location, right on the front. Good size rooms, really well equipped. Milk in the fridge was a nice touch, as were the vase of roses.

Entrance and stairs were pretty dark at night, (think a bulb was gone), tv signal wasn’t great and couldn’t work the dvd player. The bathroom tap was missing the leaver so a bit tricky to turn water on / off.

Dean is a wonderful host, and the apartment is charming and comfortable. We love the location in central Helensburgh. This was our second visit to this apartment, which says a lot!

There were a few minor maintenance issues, but nothing that was truly disruptive.

We loved the location the view the flat and the host was very friendly and helpful we were only sorry we had to cut it a bit short due to me taken ill otherwise I can't fault anything thank you Dean

There was nothing we didn't like about it it also had all the amenities we needed apart from the fact we had to drive to dunbarton to get my emergency medication because we didn't come under the durasticion due to my copd flare up but that wasn't the hosts fault it was just bad luck on ours but thank you again Dean for being such a good host

When booking needs to highlight apartment is on the first floor with double stairs.. A little information would be nice on arrival all heating was off, and was freezing, it took a while to find the boiler and switch on heating.. when I did find it I had to top up the pressure, I was lucky I knew how to do it but somebody else may not, so a little welcome pack would solve this along with checking out procedures etc Tv in bedroom didn’t work and although WiFi code left it wasn’t working. Nothing major but owner should be aware 😀

Great location for our daily train trips to Glasgow. Helensburgh a very pleasant and friendly town with great views across the Clyde.

Great flat fantastic location

Well appointed location looking over the clyde...Great amenities spacious bedrooms and living kitchen area...near both bus and railway stations...plenty of eateries around tesco round the corner there a greggs and subway near too...just two of us but ideal for a family of 4 only took a video of the rooms so all pics are of views from window

Excellent location, friendly host,

The flat is located on the seafront, it is in the centre of town and walking distance to everything locally. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the property and we really enjoy it. The host is very helpful and friendly and met us with the keys. The flat has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The wifi was very slow, we had to turn it off and use phone data in the end. The dvd player also didnt work. The main bed was quite small, my husband is 6 foot and his feet hung over the bottom.

Lovely spacious, cosy, comfortable flat. Just like a home from home. Has everything you need, well decorated. Good layout. Dean the host was very welcoming. Perfect location for the town, great views, so close to Loch Lomond, and easy to drive to the highlands if you want to explore further. we will most definetly be back again.

Top Location! Very Tidy and Functional Bolt-Hole for the quick Family getaway!

Clean and functional apartment bang in the middle of town (the important part anyway) paid car parking directly opposite entrance and most of the in house facilities most families would ever need for a weekend home away from home.

A little disappoitned with communal entrance hall but hardly the fault of the host: and with such a central location; one has to compromise a little. I had to purchase a more sturdy roasting tin, again, it was to my own benefit: and not everyone cooks as much as our Fam granted again cannot fault the host, or his property: as it's fit for the purpose of normal expectations: and surrounded by many different restaurants!

Spacious, warm and clean. Walking distance to town centre and relatives. Had everything we needed for a weekend stay.

Rather noisy at night due to the bar next door which had a group of people outside the front using foul language! Lobby wasn't great but once you were inside apartment it was fine. Bathroom floor rather slippery.
