Location , quiet, felt safe . Good amenities
Need for somewhere to hang clothing . Unfortunately the whole town was price gouging due to college graduation. Would not pay that much again for the unit .

Liked having a kitchenette
Small sink made doing dishes challenging. Need place to put clothes ...hanging cupboard on wall to street. Hooks on wall would also help
