About this house rental
Guests call it the big green house. It's a 1940 Chico classic with beautiful refinished original hardwood floors, three bedrooms on one side of the house, and a large 18x12 primary bedroom on the other, with its own 55 inch TV, hi-fi speakers, and Philips Hue color changing lights.
The separated layout works well for families and groups: a king, a queen, and a double bed on one side of the house, and the primary king on the other.
Out front is a huge orange tree. Grab some oranges with the citrus picker (basically a basket on a broom stick) and juice them with the industrial juicer in the kitchen. In the backyard there is a water feature with fish. Please feed the fish once or twice a day during your stay.
The backyard also has an outdoor seating area, a fire pit, and a charcoal grill. Central air conditioning keeps the house cool through Chico summers, and a washer, dryer, and dishwasher are included.
It is about a 10 minute walk to Enloe Hospital and 10 minutes to downtown and Chico State. You have the entire house to yourself, with self check-in on a smart lock.

Such a wonderful house close to the campus and downtown. Communication was great would totally stay here anytime we are in Chico. Loved the back patio area so serene. Loved that we could watch any college football game or movie we could have imagined as well.

We had people from as far away as Cape Cod come to see our nieces wedding :-) Six adults were very comfortable and had a wonderful weekend. The selling point for me was Chris's responsiveness to my inquiries. Our issues were addressed nearly immediately :-)
