We came during the Extreme Heat. The air conditioner worked perfectly. It was set at 72 and we raised it to 73.
The apartment was comfortable to be in and easy access.
The furnishings were dated, worn and in need of some repairs.
The outdoor entry plants were dried out succulents and I watered them each day I was there and revived them.
My son used the washer/dryer and was pleased.

Property was great, very clean. Only improvements needed would be to get better window coverings. Too much light came rhrough the mini blinds.
