Overall this house was great! It definitely met our needs and the pool was a huge part of that! There were some minor issues that would have made this a 100% experience vs 90%:We had trouble with the oven. Sometimes it would work, other times it would not. It seemed to be connected with the sensor in the oven. The water pressure in the main bathroom was really weak. We would end up using the master bathroom for showers. The toilet is very low. This is difficult for older guests. We ran out of paper towels and garbage bags.The last guests (or the property manager) did NOT take out the garbage. We moved two bins in from the curb when we arrived, but the primary garbage bin was FULL!The gated pool was great but one of the littles was able to squeeze through the gate by the fenced end on the right as you look at the pool. Fortunately, we didn't let the littles out in the back by themselves.It would have been nice to have a few more pool towels.

The property was just as described. We appreciated that the driveway is a half circle with two options to pull in. We stayed for a family event that required a lot of trips and back and forth, and the road while super busy is a main road for the neighborhood. Being able to pull in and then drive out the other driveway without backing into the road was nice. It also meant that there was plenty of parking in front of the house.

Home was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed and the location was great. Owner was easy to reach and quick to respond. Would love to rent again. Thanks for letting us stay at your wonderful rental!

The property is very nice and in a great location. We felt very comfortable and safe, and had all the room we needed for our family. There is ample parking (we had 3 vehicles), and the backyard is nice enough for relaxing and enjoying outdoors. The pool was not clean, due to a large nearby pine tree, and the skimmer basket was full of pine needles as well as on the surface. We did scoop out the skimmer basket and ran the filter so we could use the pool. The landscaping is done on Tuesdays, so be aware if using the yard, and know there are about 4 cameras the we saw outside.The owner was easy to communicate with and quick to answer any questions or concerns we had.
