Please be sure to not block the sidewalk as you may be cited by local authorities. The curb in front of the house is also available. 4 cars will be able to fit comfortably. Please do not park in front of neighbors' houses.
Additional Parking is available in the alleyway behind the house. Pictures to the alleyway parking are in the photos section.

The house was clean, sleeping arrangements and bathrooms were awesome and suited our family perfectly.We were on the go most of the time but hope to stay again in the future and enjoy more time at “home”. Thank you?

I think you need new kitchen pans and new sofas they are both in bad shape. Otherwise great place

I rely heavily on other reviews and while I don’t like to give anything less than 5 stars I have to be honest here: Upon check in the upstairs ensuite queen bedroom was at least 110…no one turned on the upstairs A/C before we arrived on the 100 day. The room was uninhabitable the first night (A/C couldn’t get it cooled below 85 before bedtime) so adults had to sleep in bunk room. We paid for 4 bedrooms and only had 3 the first night and host simply apologized AFTER we checked out despite messaging them the next morning. Disappointing - though we did not ask we expected a small credit for not being able to use the 4th bedroom for a night. Also there were 3 outdoor chairs (4 were broken), and literally 4 forks in a house that sleeps 10. We cooked just eggs and couldn’t find a pan that wasn’t scratched. Mattresses were comfortable, but the beds were super low, cheap metal frames with old linens (our sheets were pilled). The sofas were also very small, cheap (one is a futon), and dirty. The house itself is very nicely updated with expensive touches but ALL of the furnishings look like they belong in a dorm room. Also to note if you truly need 3 full baths, the upstairs bathroom shower is about the size of an RV shower…could barely turn around in it or bend over. We did, however, appreciate the layout of the house, quiet neighborhood and location as well as ample coffee pods. We easily parked 3 cars in the tandem driveway.
