Anthony and Ava have a great spot here in Chico. The house is lovely with several gorgeous stained glass pieces throughout, and the pool area is phenomenal. The beds were memory foam and very comfortable. This home could not be in a more convenient spot; literally everything we needed was within five minutes, and the neighborhood felt safe. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive, and the Crepe Myrtle in the front yard was the perfect landmark!We have family in the Chico area and visit often, and will definitely book at Anthony and Ava’s home again. We also shared the listing with other family members who drive in to Chico to visit regularly. Thanks for a comfortable and safe place to stay!

The location is central to everything. Only 5-10 mins to anything you want to do or go. The lush front and back yards have tons of privacy. Some fun games. Good time was had by all.

Great 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Worked well for kids (3-5) and older folks (75). Nice front room and kitchen.
