Enjoy this beautiful upscale home with lots of extras. Backyard oasis to unwind in the hot tub as well as huge BBQ area. Two stories and many rooms to relax. We have chosen each space with entertainment and relaxation in mind. Fully stocked house on a great street with lots of privacy. Come stay for the weekend or stay for a month!

Very nice house for our stay in Chico. My family drove 8 hours and to be able to just check in with code was ideal. The house had the essentials and more. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was a nice plus.

This was a great place for several of us Chico Alums to stay together and be so comfortable. Beautiful home and backyard tucked away on a culdesac in a quiet neighborhood. There was even a cornhole set in the backyard! What more could you need!

Had an amazing time in this charming and beautiful home... very spacious and the outdoor space was exceptional. We would highly recommend it!!!

The only thing is if there is 6 beds there should be 6 not 5 beds air mattresses should not be considered a bed a least have the couch turn into a bed and have air mattress as a extra commodity.
