Thank for being a flexible host by offering early check in and an easy check out. The unit gave our family plenty of room for graduation weekend and we enjoyed our stay. The quick 10 minute walk to the Chico State campus can’t be beat!

Very nice place to stay at. This was our first time renting out a place for a night and we felt like it was a very easy process and was a fun and enjoyable place to spend the day at.
