Very clean and cozy home. The kitchen was fully equipped. We stayed for my daughter's college graduation. Would definitely recommend.

This is a nice property in a quiet neighborhood very close to Bidwell Park. The furnishings were all comfortable and everything was very clean inside. The outdoor area was not inviting (half-mowed lawn and no patio or furniture) and there was only 1 washcloth for 5 people. Great communication with very responsive owner.

The stay was very welcoming. It was very spacious for everything we needed. We were in town for a week at the nearby college and it was nice having a very cozy place to come home after a hard day of work. Everything in the listing was spot on you had three bedrooms the bed was super comfy and you even had access to a lovely patio and even a backyard. There was great washers and dryers available for you to use and the kitchen was super adorable. It was well renovated and a super cozy place to stay in a Chico would absolutely stay here whenever I am in Chico again.
