About this house rental
This is an excellent newly renovated 1947 Chico house in the Avenues. There are new Sealy posturpedic mattresses in every bedroom (1 king, 2 queens). There is a 75" TV with Apple TV, soundbar, and subwoofer in the living room. There is a large desk and rolling chair in one of the bedrooms that can be used as a workspace.
