About this house rental
Tucked in a hidden gem of a neighborhood under a stand of mature redwoods, this renovated 1947 home is right around the corner from Enloe Hospital and one mile from downtown. The spacious living room has a 75 inch TV with sound bar, subwoofer, and Apple TV, and out back there's a large deck with a fire table.
Bedroom 1 has a king bed with stereo Apple HomePod speakers and LED lit nightstands. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a large desk suitable as a workspace. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. All three have Sealy Posturepedic mattresses.
One bathroom has a walk-in shower and the other an extremely oversized soaking tub, deep enough to actually soak in. Movie fans will enjoy the film artwork throughout the house. A washer and dryer are included.
The backyard deck sits under eight mature redwood trees. Parking is gated and off the street; note the driveway is on the narrow side, so larger vehicles may prefer to park one behind the other.
You have the entire house to yourself, with self check-in on a smart lock. Trash is picked up early Tuesday morning; if you are staying on a Monday, please make sure the cans make it to the curb.
