We have stayed at this property multiple times and always look forward to it! It is the perfect spot to spend a weekend with friends and family. Close to downtown and anything you may want/need to do in Chico. The owners are always responsive and go out of there way to make sure you enjoy your stay. We use VRBO fairly ofteb and this is probably one of our favorite properties!
