House was very comfortable for 2 couples, and would be great for a family with kids. It's clean and well furnished. Neighborhood is quiet, and close to Bidwell Park, downtown, and Chico State. Plenty of street parking.

Kitchen was beautiful. Very clean and perfect for us. The host was on top of it and responded quickly. We truly enjoyed our stay
