This home was perfect for our trip to a wedding in Chico! The property was clean and nicely appointed. We had grandkids and a small dog- the fenced in yard was a super great bonus. They had lots of games, including corn hole and the hot tub was really nice to relax in at the end of the day. The location of the property was great, right near downtown with all the restaurants and breweries. Julie was a great host and responded to any inquiries quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall we had a lovely stay. The house felt welcoming and very comfortable. The backyard was perfect for my dog, secure fencing, and a nice lawn to play on. Appliances and amenities were up to date. My only complaints are of an inadequate (clogged) shower head in the main bath, and that the hot tub had dirt in the bottom. I would still highly recommend this house because of it’s proximity to the beautiful Bidwell Park, and the great communication with the owner. She was engaging, and very nice toInteract with.

Our stay at Julia's house was amazing. The location is great for accessing trails in Bidwell Park and yummy restaurants downtown. The home was well appointed with everything we needed. I loved that the home was pet-friendly, and the yard was perfect for the dog. Julia was a great host! Highly recommend.

This is a great property. The location is perfect and the house has everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay there again should the opportunity arise.
