We made a Thanksgiving dinner for my elderly father and other family in the area. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, and had great counter space. Though I brought my own china for Thanksgiving, there was plenty of daily dishes for other meals. We also really appreciated having our old pooch along, and the backyard was safe to let him outside. Unfortunately, no hot tubbing for us this time of year!

Amazing place as our “home base” for our daughter’s Chico wedding. More spacious than the photos show. Bonus of a doggie door - we will bring our dog babies next time!

Wonderful home in safe Chico neighborhood.plenty of room for the five of us. We were visiting for a family wedding. Loved being close to downtown and Beatniks for breakfast. Lower Bidwell Park is just a short walk through a beautiful neighborhood. The hot tub was extra lovely in the mornings and nighttime. Would stay here again.

Beautiful home!! Updated, looks just like the photos, clean, well appointed. Used the firepit and hot tub (although it was 85 degrees that day!) and loved them both:) Julie, the host, was very communicative and always got back to me right away. Beds were very comfy and the AC was a huge plus! Would absolutely stay here again!!
