About this house rental
This is a really nice 1940 house that has undergone a full bathroom and kitchen remodel with new mini-split heat and air. It is perfect for anybody that needs a comfortable and quiet place to stay in Chico. It is only a few houses away from the hospital and close to Chico State and downtown.
There is an outdoor sitting area with charcoal BBQ grill.
The driveway is long and can accommodate multiple cars.
The living room has a large TV with Apple TV, soundbar / subwoofer.
The dining room has a small foldable table that can seat 4 as well as a weight bench with a large selection of dumbbells.
There is a large modern washer and dryer for your use.
There is also a second 2 bedroom house on the same lot that is completely separate from this property that is also available for rent. This could be a great option if you are looking to book a second property with friends or family close by but still want your privacy. The two backyards are connected by a gate.
