About this house rental
Just a 2 minute walk from Enloe Hospital and one mile from Chico State and downtown, the Alley House is a quiet, private 2 bedroom tucked away from the street. I had a blast decorating this house and didn't skimp anywhere.
Both bedrooms have queen Sealy Posturepedic mattresses. The living room has a TV with sound bar / subwoofer and Apple TV, there's central heat and air, and fast Wi-Fi is included throughout.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal. In the bathroom, the shower has soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers.
Out back there is a private sitting area with a small dining table and a Weber charcoal grill, a nice spot for morning coffee or dinner off the grill. A stacked washer and dryer with detergent is included, and the driveway has room for two cars.
Many of my guests are visiting family at Enloe, and the quiet location makes it easy to come and go at any hour. You have the entire house to yourself, with self check-in on a smart lock.
