The house was lovely and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked and the house felt quite private. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and there were good places to gather with friends. Documentation in the house was clear and thorough and the check-in and check-out were very easy. Great communication with the hosts as well!

Probably not gonna find another place in a better location for which the hosts have put more thought and detail into your stay. Not sure what impressed me most...perhaps it was the chocolates left in each bedroom, or the welcoming bottle of wine, or the breakfast/lunch/dinner recommendations provided. This place is immaculate and if we find ourselves in Chico again, it'll be a no-brainer. Why risk it?

Great location within historic district near main street. Super cute, and very clean home that comfortably fit our family. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
