No vineyard. Great place, full kitchen to enjoy meals at home, walkable to downtown, good restaurants and shopping. A big plus was this property was pet friendly too!

This place was perfect for our month in Chico! Joyce was a great host and everything was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, utensils and dishes for cooking and eating. We also loved the pool, barbecue, tennis courts and our dog loved the yard. We would definitely stay here again!
