Welcome to our private, non-smoking and no pets/animals Guest House. It boasts a large floorplan with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms - A hidden retreat surrounded by nature and close to Downtown.
Relax in the quiet yard on the sun-shaded patio, as the distant sound of passing trains remind one of historic Chico.
Inside, find a well-equipped kitchen for delightful meals and a cozy living room with a flat-screen TV for your entertainment.
Escape the everyday in our non-smoking and highly recommended escape.
The space
You are staying in a beautiful non-smoking/no pets two-bedroom, two-bath private Guest House – a spacious retreat offering modern comforts and a peaceful setting. The well-equipped kitchen awaits your culinary adventures, and central AC provides cool comfort in the Summer.
Enjoy the tranquility of the serene patio and fully fenced back lawn. Only 7 minutes away from downtown and Chico University, our safe neighborhood boasts friendly local farmers selling fresh eggs. Escape to this charming haven and create cherished memories in this delightful getaway.
Guest access
As our valued guest, you have exclusive access to the entire house except the garage. Upon entering through the front door, the entire space is yours to relax and unwind. There is ample outside parking in the front gravel area.
Embrace the outdoors with our inviting seating area and sun shaded patio, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and pleasant surroundings. Please note that our hot tub is currently undergoing renovation and is temporarily unavailable. Nevertheless, we're confident you'll find plenty to cherish during your stay at our cozy retreat.

Please note that this is a non-smoking home. No smoking of any kind will be permitted in or around the property.
This is a no pets/animal home. We have family and returning guests that are highly allergic.
We ask that you also let us know the names of the guests staying with you and the amount of cars that will be parked at the bungalow.
The house holds 4 guests. At present there isn’t a soda bed and the couch isn’t available to sleep on. If having additional guests please let us know.
