Very comfortable space and a caring and wonderful vrbo host! Stayed for 31 days with my cat and enjoyed the time spent there! Gated parking and location were perfect!

Traveling through Chico on a work trip and I couldn’t be happier with this place. Can walk to downtown and the parking is behind a locked gate. Very clean and furnished, owners are very kind!
