This house is perfect for visiting your Chico State student. The location is fantastic, with easy parking in the back. The living spaces are large, the kitchen is well-stocked, and everything is squeaky clean!

House was very clean, we had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and the a/c worked great! Everything is well maintained at this property! Especially loved walking to places nearby to eat and explore downtown. Darlene was very responsive and I would def stay again. Thank you!

This is the first experience I have had renting a Airbnb and let me say it couldn’t have been the most comfortable and welcoming first time experience.
Flew in out of state to visit my kids and this place was so convenient and warming.
My kids had a good time as well as I
It had everything I needed to make my kids feel more welcomed and comfortable. And also got to cook for them which is a plus.
Every activity we done was only 5-8 minutes away I didn’t have to spend nearly anything on gas for the whole week.
Also it has more than enough there to make you feel at home.
Thankful for this experience and looking forward to trying to do it again sometime

Second stay at this property. Cute house with everything you need. Beds are comfortable and parking is great in the back alley. Easy to get in and out of the house.
