The location was easy to access great walking distance from downtown and the room was well equiped, clean and taken care of with amenities perfect for someone wanting to experience Chico as if living there.

Love this place, cute, clean and great location. Very clean. I gave the 4 stars because The towels smelled like cigarettes, maybe from being washed or folded in a home that smokes? The house does NOT smell like smoke

Place was apparently very mistreated by previous visitors so we want to be fair. There aren’t any windows that open in the whole apartment, which meant we couldn’t get rid of the nasty cigarette smell. Owner offered us a discount for all our trouble but we haven’t seen or heard from him since. Bed and covers were very comfortable, but when we tried to use the heater, it would blow a fuse. The shower was very slippery—they need to put non-stick mat on the floor of the shower. Place is cute and the location is great. Need to make a few minor upgrades
