Très bien situé. Accès bus aéroport facile. Hyper centre, donc Accès Rialto et San Marco à pied.
Supérette COOP à 4 minutes. 3 bons restaurants à moins de 10 minutes. ( al campanile, Birarria la corte et trattoria donna onesta)

The apartment is in an great location and very convenient for a family. It is well equipped and gives an excellent sense of staying in an old traditional Venice house. It was clean and the Wifi it's great.
Hot water was coming after a lot of time and maybe not enough for the all family. In Bedroom, was too hot since air conditioning or fan wasn't available there. Toiletries could have been included in the bathroom.

We loved the location, quieter part of town but walkable to everything. The owner was quick to respond to questions and helpful. The apartment has everything you need but we ate out for every meal so really didn’t use the kitchen. The pull out bed was fine for children but I wouldn’t want to sleep on it as an adult. Apartment was clean and cute and spacious.
Unfortunately, the person who checked us in was about 30 minutes late to meet us and we were in the rain and exhausted from an overnight flight. Additionally, please know there is great AC but we were initially told to put it on the wrong setting and had the worst night of sleep ever the first night and an excellent one the next when we had it on the right setting!

The location was great, bed was comfortable, had gas cooking, and it was spacious.
Things were generally a bit in disrepair: the light over the sink was broken, the washing machine was moldy. The woman who checked us in said there was coffee, tea, and bath soap, but there were none of those things. The garbage separation system took up most of the kitchen so it was difficult to navigate.
