Great central location, mid way between the station and Piazza San Marco. Close to the water bus stop and away from the busiest streets. Comfortable and spacious first floor flat, with everything you need for your stay.
The shower took a little experimenting to get it to run consistently - maybe easily resolved with a new shower head.

The location was great, bed was comfortable, had gas cooking, and it was spacious.
Things were generally a bit in disrepair: the light over the sink was broken, the washing machine was moldy. The woman who checked us in said there was coffee, tea, and bath soap, but there were none of those things. The garbage separation system took up most of the kitchen so it was difficult to navigate.
