Great location. Imagine the view from the penthouse would be stunning. I had the ground floor. It was cosy and Christmassy. Nice touch. Clean and well appointed. And you can take a little footpath from the chapel down behind the Texaco garage straight to the harbour and castle. It’s a must.

Little things stopped this being a 10 all fixable. The front door was hard to open and also slammed in the wind and locked me out. The locksmith fixed that with a thumb turn. Master bedroom blinds let in light and noise and the bathroom could use a vanity light and some shelves for toiletries. Instructions how to use washer dryer would have been useful. A more comfortable sofa would be a boon.

Flat in a good location.

Sofa marked badly. Not very clean. Not very comfy. Heating on full blast on arrival. Had to work out how to switch off.

Very spacious, well equipped. Good modern decor. A lot of information supplied in the appartment. Excellent location

Off road parking and easy walk into Caernarfon.

The owners of this property need to take a serious look at cleanliness. Firstly the bed was disgusting with big stains on the base sheet. The duvet cover felt damp. The pillows were filthy with stains, black marks and big black hairs on them. I have a dreadful raised itchy red rash from where the pillows touched my skin. It is like an allergy rash so I suspect that the pillows have had dogs on them and not been cleaned at all. I have attached pictures of some of the stains plus my rash. These marks were clearly visible so whoever put the bedding on knew about them but chose to do nothing. Secondly the towels were really dirty with big stains on them. Even worse they smelled terrible. It was like they hadn’t been washed for ages or had been washed without any detergent. There was only one large towel that was usable out of them all. How can anybody put these out and think it is acceptable? Thirdly the tea towel was filthy and smelly like it hadn’t been washed or not washed with detergent. If this has been used to clean kitchen wear then I’d be very wary of using them. Fourthly the sofa was covered in stains. It’s not a cheap place to stay and is rated as five ticks so you would expect things to be so much better. Finally there’s a general lack of attention which is such a shame as the photographs at first glance look good. If they could sort out the glaring lack of cleanliness and upgrade the furniture then it could be a decent place to stay. I hope I get a response to this as I am really suffering because of the lack of hygiene.

The disgusting couch. It was filthy and we were reluctant to sit on it but had no other option. Lack of bench space in kitchen. No drying rack for clothes. No towels for second bathroom. No hand soap.

The pillow cases had not been changed from previous guests - saw a cleaner who gave me two pillowcases that’s all she had, which were all creased and had dirty marks No washing up liquid left had to buy some Crumbs all over the floor Couch was heavily stained Dirty marks on the walls

Size, modern, spacious.

Noise from above, settee facing one wall TV on another wall, not comfortable watching sideways. No shelf for toiletries in the bathroom.

Clean and tidy apartment great location

No TV in bedroom, no hand soap and little toilet roll. Don't mind purchasing requirements, but a little disappointed I couldn't wash my hands on arrival. No condiments at property at all.
