Excellent location - literally opposite the entrance to Caernarfon Castle. Comfortable beds. Good showers. No problem with noise from the cafe below, or the pub adjacent. Plenty of storage spac for clothes.

One of the toilets did not flush properly. No extractor fan in either bathroom. The window in the living room won't stay open - a big problem when it's hot. No coat hooks anywhere.

Location. Comfort. Central. Nice welcome pack. Very clean and pleasant.

Toilet in the larger unsuited did not flush properly. It urgently needs attention. Had to resort to not putting paper in the bowl 😕 Directions to the property need updating as it is above a shop whose name has changed, about 2 years ago. No corkscrew! (minor issue) Parking by the castle is extortionate but the Shell site car park is good value and not too far away. Some communications from Sykes were really hard to read and they were grey writing on a black background. This made it very hard to see the door code.

Comfortable, central and quiet

Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. Other than that, perfect.

Beautifully decorated and well furnished, welcome pack was a very nice surprise, excellent location for castle (view can’t be beat) and great deli underneath.

Very noisy because of pub next door (we were there on a Friday and Sat night). Luckily it wasn’t too hot so we kept windows closed and used the fans in each room to create some white noise. Toilet seat in main washroom needs to be fixed as wasn’t solid and we almost fell off 🤣
