Great location and facilities
6.0 / 10.0
Very well equipt but third bedroom would struggle once trundle bed pulled out.
Warm and modern beds comfy.
Had to buy a feather duster to catch the spiders. Set a bumble bee free. We don’t mind insects through
Most disappointing part was we were lead to believe the swim pool would be open and the restaurant but neither were so we had to travel every day to entertain the kids.

Great location, stunning views, walking distance to Caernerfon, short drive to Snowdonia. Restaurant on site along with playground. Quiet, friendly, felt safe and secure. The caravan was spacious, clean and modern. It had everything we needed.
The WiFi was terrible. The mattresses were soft and clearly pretty old, felt like the springs had gone. The site map and instructions could have been clearer.

Great location within a short walk of Caernarfon castle. Quiet peaceful site. Glamping pod was lovely with great views. It was clean and spacious for 2 adults with a dedicated parking space. Onsite bar was open for drinks on Friday and Saturday but no food.

As described. Pod was perfect size for family of 4. Could have fit a couple more comfortably
Excellent location with stunning views
Well kept land. Very clean and presentable.
Staff were amazing at any interaction although there was a seamless entry and exit system so no need to ever have to see staff at all.
Can’t think of anything

Some nice views around
The toilet door handle was not working properly which something we used to get stuck

Nice new caravan with good facilities and supply of basics tea etc. pleasant walk into town (we found a shortcut through the woods)
The restaurant was ok but understaffed although the staff there were lovely. The food was ok but not exceptional.

We had a lovely stay at Coed Helen Holiday Park in Folly Lodge. We arrived approximately 5pm. Code to park gate & code for key box to lodge were provided beforehand and we had no issues with access. Checked hot water as instructed on arrival. Lodge was nice and tidy. Lodge was clean. Communal living space was nice. Park was very quiet for most of the week. Communication via booking.com was excellent and we had no issues to report during our stay. Caernarfon is a short walk away - we used the footpath close to the lodge with no issues.
We booked for 6 people but had to pull out and make the 6th bed (trundle bed) on arrival (there were pillows/sheets/duvets in the cupboard) which included moving bed side table/lamps.
It was very noisy on Thursday night until very late into the evening (children screaming and running around the lodges) - this may be as there is no children’s play area on site (although there is one nearby).

Good accommodation and facilities
Restaurant expensive, £5 for a small bowl of chips. Pool closes early

A wonderful and quiet place to rest, relax and enjoy the points of interest around.
Maybe few cleaning supplies (broom) would be a bonus

We liked everything about the property

Self check in was easy, key locked away at pod
you access it with a code, simple.
Pod was great, spacious, and clean.
So very peaceful and quiet
Fantastic location to get to caernarfon if the bridge was open ( it was closed for maintenance).
We used the swimming pool, which is heated
Views from the pod were amazing
Would definitely recommend 👌
We would have used the games room for table tennis, but it was too small inside to play properly
Would have liked some contact with reception/staff, but because of self check in, you do need to speak to anyone

The surroundings were clean and beautiful kept.
Great location for walking into town
Perfect for children
Nice comfortable beds and good kitchen/dining and sitting area.
Mollies restraunt had great food and atmosphere, but was not open for much of the time ,
Ants in the kitchen , which I realise is not an easy solve in as much as there was ant powder around the inside edges of the windows , but that didn't really help.even the smallest of crumb left out would have them on the work top etc.
There is nowhere to hang wet towels. In the bathroom or outside. Would have been useful to have hooks behind doors and a shelf in the bathroom

Very clean caravan and site was very well maintained.

We stayed in one of the caravans to meet up with family who have a caravan on the site. It was very easy to book and the staff were very helpful with special requests. There were two of us in a max 6 berth caravan and the double bed was set up in the upper level. This had a really low ceiling and you couldn't sit up straight. We would have preferred to be downstairs.
Would definitely stay again and loved the site and the location. The caravan had all the facilities we needed. Thank you.

Excellent site and facilities view spectacular, site manager a lovely man, excellent swimming pool and mollys restaurant an absolute must
Table still not working as per last visit so could not use to eat at, shame but forgivable due to bench outside

The location was beautiful and the glamping pod was lovely albeit very small
The mezzanine has an extremely low ceiling and anyone over 5ft 3in tall will not be able to sit upright on the bed.
There were lots of cobwebs on the ceiling

S pod we stayed in was perfect
Restaurant/bar was closed, opened on our last day. (Found this strange as was Easter holidays) Games room and pool closed at 5pm.

Beautifully kept holiday park. Clean and comfortable accommodation and a quiet site. A nice play area and an outdoor pool. Close to a Tesco and McDonalds, should you need them. Locally, Gypsy Park Wood is amazing for little ones and great value.
Caernarvon itself is a great day out!

Modern clean lodges and well equipped. Park was immaculately presented . Great location for access to Snowdonia.
A couple of the window blinds were broken upon arrival and one couldn't be closed.

A wonderful place to relax. We had a beautiful view of the Snowdonia Mountains from our terrace. Just around the corner (about 10 minutes' walk) there is a view of Caernarfon Castle, which can be reached via a swing bridge. This is a great place to stay if you want to see the local attractions, Anglesey Island, Conwy Castle or climb the highest peak in Wales and much more. Our mobile home looked like new and was very clean and comfortable. It was equipped with central heating which is nice when you hit very bad weather. I highly recommend it!
Problem with the WiFi connection. Of course, I didn't come on holiday to spend time in front of the computer, but I used it to check local attractions, ticket prices, commuting routes, etc. Every day I struggled with trying to connect. You enter your password and save the network and have to try dozens of times before you finally gain access. This needs improvement.

The location is perfect and the caravan was spotless. The complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits were a lovely surprise, as was the toiletries.
The bedroom windows could do with blackout blinds as the sun shone through too early in the morning.

A beautiful site, well kept, gorgeous views and only a short walk to the town. Our cabin was small but perfectly formed, comfortable with everything we needed. The gardens are gorgeous and overall it was a quiet site. The pool was warm enough to swim in but take a towel or robe as the breeze meant it was freezing getting out.
There is no on-site shop which would have been handy. Restaurant not open daily.

Exceptionally clean, well stocked with everything required for a family stay. Much more glamorous than what we would consider Glamping! Great location to travel to lots of attractions within 30 mins. Easy check in and check out system.
One and only downside if I was being picky is the bottom door shelf on the fridge was missing so we could stand open bottles up.

heating system had stopped once and we called the staff to come and fix it

Cosy and comfortable. Had all we needed. Definitely want to visit again in the spring/summer when the pool is open and we can spend more time in the holiday park.
