Could be a Little less sterile. Add some welcome Pack? A few pictures? Windows need cleaning. Fridge in kitchen needs repair.

A good base to explore Caernarfon and surrounding areas, comfy beds and nice bedrooms with clean linen and towels, wifi worked pretty well, plenty of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided (so no need to bring your own), all necessary kitchen facilities available. Very responsive and clear and friendly comms from the host organisation. We parked for free on a resident road about 10 mins away, not far from Morrisons - public parking costs for a few days' stay would have been a significant cost.

A lot of noise from squawking seagulls and other birds moving on flat rooves disrupting sleep so I was woken up by this every morning and sometimes during the night - this was the from the main bedroom at the top rear, but could also be heard from the smallest bedroom at the back. The street the property is on was a bit scruffy and street noise at night woke up another member of our party who was in the room at the front. Flat roof visible from main bedroom very unattractive to look at due to bird droppings and windows really need a clean throughout the property. Property had been cleaned, but could have been cleaner (inside kitchen cupboards, skirting in bathroom and grout and sealant in shower). Most of these are factors outside of the property's control but the noise in particular did affect our stay.
