A very well appointed apartment m a very quiet location close to all the main attractions.

Brilliant stay and lovely hosts!

Very clean, very modern and comfortable. The hosts were so helpful and nothing was any trouble. Lovely having an apartment close to centre where we could chill after exploring.

Clean fresh great location

No bath as picture shows however I didn’t read description that said walk in shower went off the picture so my fault just tough with a little one with no bath. Could do with few basics in kitchen such oil an a spatula for getting things out of pans.

An enjoyable Autumn break in a lovely town and area.

Well presented property with all we needed. The shower was good and easy to use. It was only a short walk to the lovely Peebles town centre and there were fabulous local walks along the river and also hikes to the local hills and forest. We had no issues parking on the street. We would happily stay here again if in the Peebles area.

Not a criticism, but people staying might need to be aware that hot water needs to run for a while to come through. We were not sure it was working when we first turned the bathroom tap on.

The flat was very stylishly furnished and had a great social layout with the breakfast bar/kitchen/lounge. The flat was homely, cosy and warm. The bed in the main room was very comfortable! The owner had excellent communication and provided us with a request of a caffitiere prior to arrival and checked we were happy throughout our stay.

There was no bath, but the shower room was very warm and the shower was powerful. The bottom of the stairs was cold and no where to store shoes. Perhaps a curtain to draw at night and a shoe rack on the wall would be a good idea. There is little to fault, we would definitely return.

Absolutely beautiful apartment

Perfect location as we were through for peebles highland games at haylodge park. Was spotlessly clean very homely. Plan to book again for same time next year but maybe a day longer next time. Would highly recommend if you want somewhere where you can feel right at home 🏡

We booked out of misunderstanding but met an angel.

Clean, neat, tidy, recently refurbished, handy to Tesco. Small but very good bathroom, comfortable bed, good central heating once it’s going. The hosts, Ash and Kenny, were caring, helpful and great to deal with. Handy parking in the street outside.

We discovered on arrival that it was on the first floor. We wouldn’t have booked it if we’d known that as, on medical grounds, I’m not supposed to carry bags upstairs. Also we’re in our 70s. Younger couples might not mind the upstairs location. In discussion with the hosts,we eventually found two descriptions on booking.com of the property. One, which we’d seen, didn’t mention the upstairs location. The other description, which we hadn’t seen, did mention it. We discussed this in detail with the hosts. We felt they’d done all they could to ask booking.com to state the upstairs location clearly upfront; but this hadn’t been done. We had to change our external footwear on entry at the bottom of the stairs and as this is a tiny space and I’m a big guy, it wasn’t easy, especially on arrival with bags. However, the stairs are carpeted and Ash, our host, asked us to remove external footwear before going up the stairs. Thank goodness, we didn’t arrive in the rain. We found no user instructions for the central heating, hob or TV and found each hard to operate. However, Kenny, Ash’s husband, is an angel and came quickly to help when we needed it.

Lovely place to stay in a beautiful town.

Very comfortable, clean, well appointed. Great location - easy walking distance to town, also short walking distance to supermarket. Bathroom small but lovely walk in shower. Spacious bedrooms with comfy beds.

Steep stairs up to the apartment. As fit, healthy 70+ year olds not a problem for us but could be for some.

Apartment lived up to expectations. Very clean and well appointed. Lovely area, pleasant walk into town. Ash was very helpful and answered our questions promptly. Will definitely book again.

Location. Did not need to use car, had bikes so rode to Glentress, close to river for evening walk; plus a Tesco close by.

Having to use sofa bed, but unavoidable. Would have been helpful to have bowl/dish that could have been used in microwave.

Perfect bolt hole for short break, ideal for exploring Peebles and surrounding area

Property was cozy, spotless and well equipped. Ideal location, supermarket a minute away and town center a nice 10 minute walk . Parking on the street no problem. Hosts very responsive and helpful.

Relaxing few days away

Nice and warm ,not too far from town centre ,quiet street !Large bedroom is beautiful and tastefully decorated ,nice single room ,very comfortable beds ,and good pillows .

Bathroom very small ,hot radiator next to toilet seat ,could easily get burned ,very small bathroom sink stairs up to the flat Which we didn’t notice being mentioned when we booked .only one pot to cook in .the couch in living room is a sofa bed ,looks very nice but isn’t comfortable to sit in for a longer period of time .

The property is really conveniently located for exploring the border region and going into Edinburgh. There has clearly been thought put into the furnishings and finishing touches.

Exceptional

The flat was just as described by all the previous reviewers and as lovely as photos. Stylish, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. Fully equipped with a welcome tray (coffee, tea, biscuits, jam, and marmalade). The location was perfect for Neice's wedding at Neidpath Castle (5 mins in taxi - recommend A1 taxis). It is also in walking distance to town centre (10 mins), where there are lots of independent shops, cafes, hotels and restaurants. We had lunch in the Crown Hotel - friendly staff, and lovely food. I would highly recommend this flat when visiting Peebles.

Loved it and we hope to be back!

The location was perfect for Peebles town centre and Hay Lodge Park (for Parkrun). The rooms were well equipped for use with beautiful bed linens, toiletries/towels in the bathroom, a well stocked kitchen. The flat was initially quite chilly but there was snow / ice on the ground outside and the heating provided was easy to boost when needed.

The size of the area at the bottom of the stairs was very tight for 4 to get in and get their shoes off without letting all the heat out the flat! APart from that absolutely no complaints
