The location was excellent… in walking distance to 2 supermarkets for supplies. Warm, with new, easy-to-use heating system, which kept us cosy during a snowy weekend in Peebles.
Sofa bed was a little difficult to construct, but warm and comfy. My son slept well on it.

Very close to the centre of Peebles. Cottage was clean and comfortable and nice and warm.
Central heating easy to control. Cosy place to stay. Plenty of parking nearby.
Double bedroom only had one bedside table and no other horizontal space for toiletries etc.

Very quiet area but also within very easy walking distance of a small thriving town. Wifi, good shower, comfortable bed and well catered for

Great location
We were a party of two couples. The property is 2 bedrooms. One double and one single and advertised as a double sofa bed.
The sofa bed was neither a sofa or a bed. The property is ideal for 2 adults and a child. Beds and bedding do need to be upgraded as very poor quality.
