Newly decorated 1 bedroomed apartment a few minutes from Peebles town centre and amenities and from lovely river walks.
Peebles is a bustling border town nestled in hills and with the river Tweed running through its centre.
Facilities in flat include 2 TVs, Netflix, large fridge freezer, large shower, bluetooth bathroom mirror, tea, coffee and a well equipped kitchen.
Relax and enjoy the local area, sample local homebaking in the many cafes nearby and good cooking in restaurants and hotels. Visit the art galleries, exhibitions, Eastgate theatre productions, great shops and local attractions in the area.
With a regular bus service into Edinburgh you can visit the Scotland's capital city in an hour and explore its beautiful sights.
There is a back garden for relaxing with a coffee or a drink . Swimming pool 2 mins walk away and there are many peaceful walks along the river banks and through the parks and up into the magnificent hills around the town . Dogs are allowed but there is a £10 per pet Stay Fee to be added at the time of booking, and It will be much appreciated hooveringup any dog hair in the apartment before departure.

This is an exceptionally beautiful and comfortable flat. Quality furnishings with lots of extra thoughtful additions to accommodation and facilities. Everything was scrupulously clean. The flat is perfectly located facing the Tweed river with great views from the windows. It is also only a couple of minutes easy walk to the Main Street with many interesting shops. Perfectly located to allow easy travel to other towns and local attractions. The host was just lovely and very helpful. One of the best accommodations I’ve come across.

Lovely quiet flat with great views out to the river.Spotlessly clean, good shower, comfy bed.Kitchen had every utensil you could ever need and plenty of info provided for nearby activities.Julie was extremely helpful throughout booking and my stay.

Property was as good as it seemed in the photos. Julie has thought of everything you could possibly need in the flat. It was warm and very welcoming.

The apartment was exactly as depicted on the website. It was very comfortable and cozy. The perfect size for my stay. The kitchen had every gadget you could possibly want or need, and everything was clean, well organized and accessible. The bed was comfortable and the pillows perfect! The host was very helpful and accommodating.
