Clean modern Quaint and beautifully laid out. Loved the mezzanine bedroom area and the space was well thought out for a couple looking to spend time Locally and enjoy walks and countryside around the area. Loved the log burner and courtyard setting. Helpful friendly staff and neighbours lovely too.

What is there not to love about Barns Bothy. It is stunning - just like a Bothy but with all mod cons and beautifully decorated with everything you need for a perfect getaway.

Cottage was lovely in a scenic position. Plenty of walks nearby.
Cold water very brown, only usable for washing. Wood burner belched smoke when first lit meaning we had to open door and windows for an hour to get rid of the acrid smell. No companion tools for use with fire making it difficult and dangerous to tend. No instructions for any facilities in the property. The cottage backs on to a courtyard where businesses are run and vehicles parked making it noisy last thing at night and early in the morning. Dogs are kept in large pens in the garden of the next door cottage and they were quite vocal in the mornings. Owner didn't manage to visit unfortunately.
