Our own driveway was so convenient. Such a well appointed apartment, with stylish & modern touches. The little porch at the back overlooking the spring flowers and birds was a delight.
The bed is too small for 2 tall people. And it’s hard hard. Thankfully there was a sofa pullout, so we could both get a better sleep (apart)

It home was spotless and welcoming. Milk and biscuits on arrival for a much wanted cuppa after the journey. Well appointed and with easy access to the town centre. Comfortable and homely. The owner was easily reached to answer an questions. A perfect restful break...highly recommended.

The helpfulnesss of the owner, the quiet location of the house, the thoughtful touches eg torch , umbrella and sunhat [It is Scotland, after all!], the range of equipment, kitchen and table ware, the attractive, quirky decor..
A bedside lamp at both sides of the bed would have been nice, Also, while the intention was undoubtedly to help guests, there was a lot of info to wade through-less- with fewer, simpler instructions for eg using the gas fire -would in fact have been more helpful. However , in the great scheme of things, these were v minor niggles in an otherwise superb home.

Accommodation was exactly as advertised very quiet location. Communication ie how to access the property good, also the guest folder information good. A very comfortable bed for us as we prefer a firm mattress.
No comment to make regarding this as there was nothing not to like.
