Accommodation was exactly as advertised very quiet location. Communication ie how to access the property good, also the guest folder information good. A very comfortable bed for us as we prefer a firm mattress.
No comment to make regarding this as there was nothing not to like.

Perfect location, clean and tidy and comfortable, would recommend for a couple visiting Peebles. Some great places to eat all the locals are really friendly and the town was within walking distance and were some lovely walks alongside the River Tweed.
The only slight niggle was lack of lamps in the living room and bedroom, the main lights were fine but made the rooms a bit dim in the evenings. Packet of biscuits and pint of milk were very welcome.

Well equiped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. This is a super wee house that we've now stayed in 4 times whilst visiting family/friends in the area.
