L’emplacement
Le canapé devait faire lit mais il est complètement usé on sent tous les montants métalliques. De plus à force de s’assoit dessus il y a un gros creux au niveau de l’assise

La posizione è comodissima, a pochi passi dal mare e dal centro, vicinissima alla fermata del tram. L’aria condizionata funzionava benissimo, anche se non sempre il fresco era assicurato sul soppalco dove sta il letto - che ha una finestra vetrolux proprio sopra, protetta da una tenda che ne ripara la luce ma il calore anche se filtrato si sente. Anche se non ho utilizzato la cucina, era accessoriata anche con il necessaire per pulire (sapone, spugne e stracci) e una macchina nespresso.
L’unica cosa che posso dire è che essendo una persona alta 1.80 ho dovuto un po’ faticare in bagno e nel corridoio che porta al soppalco, ma posso capire che le misure non potevano essere altrimenti. Consiglierei di mettere una tendina anche sulla piccola finestra che illumina il corridoietto, perché anche se piccola permette alla luce di entrare facilmente già di primo mattino.

Bon emplacement, bon immeuble, tranquilité.
Procedure un peu lourd: l'etat de lieux d'entrée et de sortie avec des photos à faire, caution 400 eur, et tout de suite proposition d'assurer cette caution. Grand pdf à telecharger avec des explications comment entrer dans l'appartement. Fenetre avec vis à vis super proche. 2me niveau assez bas: à la limite confortable pour quelqu'un mesurant 165 cm.

The location was great
I did not like the fact that you have to pick up the keys far from the flat. It is not practical with luggage.
The sofa bed is absolutely uncomfortable and can not be used to sleep. As friends, we had to share the bed which was not planned.
