Bon emplacement, bon immeuble, tranquilité.
Procedure un peu lourd: l'etat de lieux d'entrée et de sortie avec des photos à faire, caution 400 eur, et tout de suite proposition d'assurer cette caution. Grand pdf à telecharger avec des explications comment entrer dans l'appartement. Fenetre avec vis à vis super proche. 2me niveau assez bas: à la limite confortable pour quelqu'un mesurant 165 cm.

near to airport, just take train thats like 2 minutes from this flat. Apartman was nice, vibe, just the smell of bathroom was strong.. and some little things like little dust, but nothing crazy crazy. I really enjoy this apartman. If i go to Nice again, iam choosing this apartman again. We even dont have to pick up the keys. They just send us codes to bulding and by the door was little box, where you can put the code and its open and there was keys. It was easy.
Little smell of bathroom but i wasnt fault of the apartman stuff. I guess it was from the bulding or something.

The location was great I did not like the fact that you have to pick up the keys far from the flat. It is not practical with luggage.
The sofa bed is absolutely uncomfortable and can not be used to sleep. As friends, we had to share the bed which was not planned.
