Nice Plein Centre, Calme et Proche de la mer

It is spacious light and airy and comfortable . Nice balcony over looking the street. Great location, easy walking to main attractions and railway station. Supermarket, pharmacy and Boulanger on the doorstep.. restaurants and cafes nearby. very good air con. Really good communication with the owners

A kettle and toaster would have been very useful. The pillows are a bit soft. Although we were supplied with bath towels. We had to ask for hand towels and were only given 1. For hygiene purposes one each is essential. There were 3 of us. The free toiletries provided, only included shower gel and hand soap. An information folder, giving tips and advice for staying in Nice would be really helpful.

The property was spacious and comfortable! The beds were extremely comfortable and having a bathtub was nice. It was close to public transport and a supermarket which was perfect. Great little cafe on the corner too!

It was a good 15 mins walk from the old town and restaurants. We didn’t mind this but something for families with older relatives or young children to consider. However — the tram stop is less than 2 min walk and takes you right into town.

L'emplacement est génial...très beau quartier vert et tranquille à distance de marche de la Promenade des anglais et de la gare Nice-Ville, et très bien desservi également par les bus de la ville. Nous avons aimé l'appartement et le fait qu'il soit assez spacieux pour accommoder 4 personnes. Il est assez bien équipé pour un court séjour et le balcon extérieur est un bonus. Plusieurs commerces se trouvent à proximité (marchés, cafés, bistros, etc.).

Le confort des lits laisse un peu à désirer - ils creusent tous au centre. Cet appartement serait exceptionnel s'il était équipé de meilleurs lits.

Great location for the sea and train station. Shops, bakeries etc nearby. Good size of the rooms. Nice terrace. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning and wifi worked well. Good communication with owner.

Ants in the apartment! My kids were freaking out. Lacking some kitchen equipment (pasta drainer). No salt, sugar, or coffee capsules. Ceiling light in the living room does not work. The place could do with a lick of paint.
