Alsace Lorraine - Wifi, 3 pers, hyper centre

Le studio est exactement comme il est décrit dans l’annonce, extrêmement bien situé dans la ville ce qui nous permet d’avoir tout ce dont nous avons besoin à portée de pieds 😊. L’hôte est joignable et attentif aux besoins des clients et je l’en remercie pour cela.

Il est cependant un peu juste pour des grands enfants, le canapé-lit étant un peu dur. De plus, l’entrée est assez sonore.

It has a great location, close to the beach and many restaurants. Also the Tram like is close for comfort.

No Air conditioning is an issue. Uncomfortable bed.

Ottima posizione. Zona molto tranquilla, molto vicina al centro e al mare. La casa è nel complesso molto carina, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Purtroppo abbiamo ricevuto un pessimo servizio per quanto riguarda la pulizia, siamo entrate nella stanza senza che fosse stata pulita dai precedenti ospiti. Gli errori possono capitare ma abbiamo avuto molta difficoltà a contattare l’host e a risolvere il problema tempestivamente. La casa, con lenzuola ed asciugamani sporchi, è stata dunque inagibile fino a quando la cleaning lady ha sistemato tutto (circa alle 22), rendendo impossibile quindi anche fare una doccia o rilassarsi sul letto.
