Directions were not correct on booking link. It is 5 minute walk from bus station but directions sent us away.

Very well-stocked apartment. Clean and comfortable. Quiet and convenient location near P. Roma--vaparetto stop. Very amenable owner.
1) Shower mat for slippery shower. 2) Leave instructions for everything. We had to have the maid come to show us the washer/dryer and find the drying rack. 3) Let customers know about the covered Venice Access Fee (different from tourist tax.) 4) Have a book with local restaurants/sights.

We loved the location, not a bad walk from the train station. The home was very clean, ample room for 4 people, with a nice kitchen and living room.
