Loud early morning noise

The nicest rooms are directly under the dining room and kitchen so expect to be woken up at 5 AM by all the noise

Magic night

The facilities are AMAZING every room is spotless. They put a bed for my puppy and a bowl of water. Everyone was so kind and helpful with everything. I loved that no one bothers you, I don't know if every season is like this but it was wonderful. Not a soul in the pool and we enjoyed very very much. They were a few guests and everyone were so nice

Our booking included breakfast but the kitchen was out of service. They gave us a menu for a nearby restaurant and they sent it to our room. It was fine but I wished they told us before. The tiny mirror in the bathroom was broken and rusted.

The infinity pool, the terrace, and the breakfast area. Overlooking the Peña de Bernal was really beautiful. The staff, like Antonio, and the ladies who served breakfast were very nice and professional, friendly and helpful.

The property has the potential to be a first class location, but providing rooms from behind the building off an alley on an unpaved road is a desperate attempt to make money! The room was horrendous, 2 beds, not even double and does not fit 2 people. So the claim that our room fits 4 was a lie! Not to forget not having a natural light, a very small high up window as if you’re staying in a cave, with no view. We called the manager twice, Alberto, spoke to him with utmost respect, trying to relay our concern and asking for a better room for the price we’re paying, but he was so rude and hung up on us twice, said that we can cancel through booking. Knowing that if we did that we would have lost the money! During the last 11 years going to Mexico back and forth, Alberto Peregrino is the first nasty person I have encountered, no manners, and did not care to please customers. Not sure if he owns this place, but if he doesn’t then his attitude needs to be seriously examined. The room was dirty, and we had to ask one of the ladies to please come and clean it. The coffee machine had dust and coffee remains from probably weeks ago! Part of our family had another room also which was so dirty and had spiders and rust in many places. Pictures will follow.

The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The rooms were very clean and the views were excellent. We traveled with our small dog and they put a dog bed and food bowls in our room. They are very dog friendly! They had a secure parking lot that was convenient to the rooms.

La alberca y jacuzzi con agua calientita no está tan caliente pero si está rica, el restaurante de maravilla con vistas espectaculares de la Peña, el personal súper amable, agua caliente en la regadera camas cómodas y el lugar tiene muchos spots para fotos, Super recomendable

La ubicación es excelente, tiene viste completa a la peña, el Alberca y Jacuzzi súper bonitos y limpios

Las habitaciones son más pequeñas de lo que aparentan en la foto, la tina super pequeña, la regadera está sobre la tina y no hay una separación entre el área de sanitario y regadera por lo que todo se moja, el Booking decia que incluía un desayuno el cual no nos hicieron valido

Hermosa experiencia en Villa Peñasco Este Hotel lo tiene todo, desde una decoración exquisita hasta cálidos espacios como el jacuzzi exterior y la piscina Infinity, que además están climatizados!! El desayuno delicioso, la habitación impecable con internet de alta velocidad, todo el personal es sumamente amable y te hacen sentir especial. Me encantó la vista que tiene el hotel desde cualquier parte, y que está a pocas cuadras del centro histórico, lo suficiente cerca para andar caminando y lo suficientemente retirado del ruido y ajetreo de la multitud. ¡Por supuesto que volveremos!

Excelentes vistas, muy buen servicio

En general el alojamiento fue uy bueno, la habitación es muy cómoda, muy lindo detalle las amenidades al llegar a la misma. La alberca a pesar de no ser muy grande es perfecta con una vista muy bonita. El desayuno muy rico e igual con la excelente vista que tiene el hotel.

La habitación se siente un tanto pequeña pero a decir verdad no fue mayor problema.

Las puertas para entrar a la habitación, son las que se abren por la mitad, tampoco me gustó que se escuchaba mucho el ruido de las otras habitaciones cuando iban al baño

superó mis expectativas para una escapada romántica

Me gustaron los detalles en la decoración, por ejemplo la llave con un reloj que en efecto funcionaba, el buen gusto, por otra parte el sazón del desayuno muy rico; también pienso que deberían presumir más la vista que tiene a la peña desde cualquier parte del hotel.

El lugar es precioso, impecable, el personal muy amable en todo momento. La alberca y el jacuzzi estaba el agua riquísima. La comida es deliciosa, de verdad fue una experiencia maravillosa e única.

Hotel muy lindo.

La estancia estuvo muy agradable. El desayuno variado y muy rico. La piscina climatizada. La habitación muy confortable. El jacuzzi también todo muy limpio y el personal muy amable y servicial. Volveremos a reservar. Nos encantó.

Sólo que la tv no tenía canales de cable. Todo lo demás estuvo muy bien.

Las atenciones cuentan

La atención estuvo top, las instalaciones muy bonitas y la alberca excelente.

El buffet estaba muy malo y frio, la cama super dura y cero comoda y nuestra tina de baño tenía una fuga y nos inundamos en el baño. Tampoco estuvo padre que no le llamaran la atención a una huésped que iba con su perrito y no paraba de ladrarle a todos y lo metieron a la alberca.

Buen servicio, buena vista, pero el lugar no vale lo que cuesta. Está bien, hasta ahí.

Bien decorado, bien ubicado, el personal amable.

Tiene detalles de deterioro en diferentes áreas. Las camas son cortas y para quienes somos altos nos chocan los pies. La piscina tiene una vista espectacular a la Peña, pero el agua está turbia, el entorno está en construcción, hace falta mantenimiento en el área de la piscina y bar terraza. El bar tiene un surtido muy limitado.
