Cute place with great view and pool

The view, swimming pool, the kingsize bed of my second room was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

The bed of the room for 4 people was extremely hard. There were 2 double beds in the room so you know which room I am talking about. And the fan was extremely loud but you can turn it off ofcourse.

The location was good; great view of La Peña, just a short walk to the center through a steep hill and free parking. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

The beds were the worst, we could feel the springs from the mattress and they made noise every time we moved. They were also hollow in the center. There was an old soap and its wrapper in the shower. And it was loud, we could hear the water pump going off which made the wall vibrate, they changed us to another room but we could still hear it. Uncontrollable for them but we could hear the weekend party noise from the city center until past midnight.

Pleasant

The location is very good, really close to the kiosk. The view to the monolith is great but you don't see it from inside the room. There is parking for your car.

There is a very bright light like wrapped around a tree and stays on for the whole night which for me was disturbing, maybe some dimmer nice little lamps would look better and keep the area lit. You get what you pay for, the beds aren't great but ok, the pillows were very bad for me.

la atención del personal en general es muy amable y muy muy buena, aunque no hay muchas personas laborando, el muchacho de la entrada da una excelente atención muy amable y muy preciso, asimismo la chica que hace los cuartos es muy servicial, en este aspecto no hay ningún problema, al contrario

las instalaciones estan muy feitas en general, honestamente por ese costo hay mucho mejores opciones y ni hablar que por ese costo en troso lugares se han conseguido hoteles muchisimo mejores, los espacios en realidad son para llegar y dormir, el cuarto pues demasiado básico hasta casero podria decrise, limpio si, pero sin comodidad alguna de hecho no hay cajones donde guardar nada y bueno en fin.. el internet de la patada, la televisión nunca sirvió bien, en fin no me gusta dar malas calificaciones pero sobre todo por lo pagado sentimos que no correspondía. Lo bueno... la vista a la peña y la ubicación muy cerca del centro y muy cerca de la peña, y la atención del recepcionista, y la chica que hace los cuartos, es todo.

Peña de Bernal - Es un Imperdible de los Pueblos Magicos

La ubicación y las instalaciones del lugar están muy bonitas, la verdad es que bastante espacioso el hotel y tiene jardines y áreas libres muy bonitas. La vista a peña es espectacular. La piscina está muy limpia, se me hizo un bonito detalle que tengan area de café para los huéspedes en la recepción.

El espacio dedicado a las habitaciones está pensando solo como cuarto. me falto la comodidad que yo busco cuando voy por descanso. se escuchan los ruidos de la habitación continua. El cuarto fue cómodo, funcional y nuevo. Considero que teniendo la peña tan cerquita las habitaciones con balcón y un diseño más acogedor sería una experiencia unica.

Prix un peu élevé qui s'explique par la vue incroyable et la piscine

Hors saison, l'ambiance était très calme. L'hôtel est tout près du centre à pied. Le plus incroyable est sans doute la vue sur la Pena de Bernal depuis l'hôtel ! La piscine est de taille modeste mais permet de se rafraîchir s'il fait chaud. Les chambres sont propres et bien équipées.

Le café offert le matin est exquis ; un vrai petit-déjeuner avec du pain et des fruits serait un plus vu le prix de la nuitée.

Agua de la alberca sucia y fría El personal fue atento y aunque se veía limpia la recámara, desafortunadamente había insectos(arañas, chinches) las cuales nos picaron horriblemente, consideren limpiar bien las sábanas, almohadas, etc antes de instalarse

Podrian mejorar lo siguiente: en la habitacion que estuve no tenia buros o algo donde poner cosas. Seria de utilidad colocar soportes en la regadera para personas de de la tercera edad.
