Smelled very bad...

The room and the bathroom smelled awful. The sink had mould. Bed was very uncomfortable and hard.

A great stay but a little bit far from centre

The place has an beautiful appearance like a big old colonial house. The place is clean and the hosts are very friendly.

The location is a little bit far from the city centre and the street are not really walkable if you didn't bring car. The parking lot is outside the place with no cover. Which is complicated if its raining

The place is a bit over price given the location and the cold water of the swimming pool.

I chose this property because it is pet friendly, it has a swimming pool, and it has parking space. From those three, the pet friendly and parking space were good. Besides, the breakfast was great.

The swimming pool’s water was too cold, even during the sunny hours of the day. It was impossible to swim. The location is too far away from the center and their restaurant only opens between 8:30 and 15:00 hrs. Afterwards, they allow to order food from other places.

Despite a lot of negatives it was still a nice stay

The maid service was excellent and items (coffee pods, water, lotion, etc.) were replaced daily without having to be requested. The property was peaceful and generally quiet. The outdoor parking seemed safe, was lit and covered by cameras.

No smoking anywhere, even in open areas such as the fire pit. The shower was terrible - the showerhead was old and only gave a trickle of water and the handheld showerhead didn't work at all. The "restaurant' really only served breakfast and bar food. The waiters were nice but not very good at their jobs. The WiFi barely reached the end unit where we were and was slow when we had a signal but more often there was no signal. The covered parking was probably fine if you drive a tiny car, but maneuvering was difficult in a mid-sized SUV. They advertised that robe and slippers were provided but they "ran out of" slippers so we had to walk around the room in barefeet.

Overall, it's expensive for what they offer

Clean and spacious hotel room with a nice pillow menu. There's parking space inside the hotel so your car will be safe. The hotel sells itself as a "spa hotel", and it has a jacuzzi in the garden available for guests, but didn't see any other spa services menu in the room.

Bed mattress is quite firm, not as comfortable if you are used to hotel chain beds. The bathroom is very basic, and had a hard time in the morning as there was no hot water and had to call front desk to fix it (I was late to a meeting due to that). Check-in process was eternal, the lady at the front desk took forever and I was very tired after a long drive. This is the kind of hotel where you get the TV controls when you check in and have to give them back when you leave. Curtains are not black out so the lights in the garden might disturb your sleep. Also, someone called my room at 5am. Didn't get any wi-fi key during check-in, called to request it but no one answered in front desk, ended up using my phone's internet.

nice hotel with great spa!

staff was great

everything was great excepting i booked a massage session for my sisters and me and they said they couldn't do it for the 3 of us at the same time which affected our schedule and also after I paid for the 50% of the spa (which was the expensive one) they told me the artesanal sauna didn't work and they offered a fruit wrapping ..at the end the wrapping was not done because massager said it was not included and they changed by jacuzzi time which was ok but issue cause some confusion and some disappointment on my side. My sister was celebrating her birthday and i paid for the room preparation and it was great and cake was great!!

We booked the suite and it was quite accommodating and very spacious. It is convenient that the hotel is pet friendly.

The grounds themselves were not as nice as appeared in the photos. The pool is a bit small. More importantly, the staff was not very friendly and seemed irritated when we asked for simple things like water or an extra pillow. If I had paid less, it wouldn't have been a big issue, but having paid a fair bit for the suite, the service and hospitality did not measure up. Finally, there was a German Shepherd living in the house adjacent to the hotel and it barked non stop one night. It was extremely loud and I couldn't sleep.

Displeasant stay because of lack of pet regulation

Rooms were clean, comfortable and nice. Tours to Las minas de ópalo and Geiser with Fernando were great. Lupita at the front desk gives very good and kind service.

Service at restaurant was slow and the dishes were far too expensive for the quality and amount of the food. Pets were barking all night long, hanging around without lead, owners didn't hold back their pets when barking aggressively at other guests or peeing around the pool.

Pretty hotel, nice pool, good breakfast, close enough to the center of the town to get there fast, and far enough so it's a very peaceful place at night.

People who clean the rooms don't care if there's a sign of please do not disturb, and sometimes they don't even knock the door, they just open it. The room smelled. The last day we couldn't finish showering, the water just stopped.

Habitación 24 Sonaba alarma del aire acondicionado, el ruido molesto, nos tratamos de comunicar al lobby y nunca contestaron en la noche baje a recepción personal dormido, le comenté el problema, comentó que se tenia que desconectar en la azotea, como a las 2 de la mañana dejo de escucharse el pitido y nuevamente a las 5 de la mañana empezó el ruido molesto Pésimo servicio dejamos la queja verbal por la mañana después desayuno nos retiramos no descansamos !!!!

Fuimos en temporada de frío, las habitaciones no tienen calefacción ni un calefactor. El baño muy antiguo, ventana rota y entraba muchísimo frío. Los muebles olían a húmedo, y no se sentía tan limpio

No me gustó nada las fotos engañan; esta viejo y descuidado

El precio está súper elevado para lo que ofrecen. Renté una habitación con dos camas matrimoniales y ninguna era cómoda, parecían tablas; además, las almohadas eran muy malas. El baño tenía olor a drenaje. El desayuno es muy limitado, básicamente tortillas con chile. El estacionamiento es insuficiente, por lo que terminas dejando el auto en la calle. En general, es un lugar sobrevalorado.

La habitación no la entregan a las 3 la entregaron después de las 6 los colchones están todos aguados las sábanas están deshilchadas el agua de la alberca está helada, el desayuno incluído sin variedad chilaquiles hot cakes huevos con jamón y frijoles, todo la noche hay olor a estiércol y no hay una hora para que haya silencio, a las 22horas había huéspedes pateando la pelota en una de las habitaciones no había cafetera

Desayunar en bufet y al aire libre fue muy lindo, el desayuno muy rico, solo se acabó el café y no volvieron a poner más, eso fue muy triste porque el café en la mañana es de suma importancia para sobrevivir.

el agua de la alberca muy fría, debería tener algo que le de calorcito sobre todo cuando viajamos con niños, uno como sea, pero los niños no. Hubo personas que no respetaron el reglamento y nadie les dijo nada, estaban jugando ping pong afuera de nuestra habitación a las 11 de la noche, mi esposo tuvo que salir a solicitarles que nos dejaran descansar, que por favor, atendieran al reglamento. Afortunadamente fueron huespedes que lo entendieron. Igual habia personas en piso de arriba con una carcajadas escandalosas y gritos ahi no hubo nada que hacer.

La cama dura , la TV no funcionaba correctamente , se pidió ayuda entraron 3 veces a checarlas y la repuesta de un chico fue pues párate a apagarla y a bajarle el volumen .el estacionamiento es muy pequeño y me dejaran afuera en la calle . Más variedad en buffet
