Good location, stay if you have a heavy sleep and don´t mind a coldish shower.
The staff is super friendly, and it is in a great location, the rooms are big and very clean, it seems they were remodeled not long ago, it is a small but nice hotel.
There was a lot of traffic in the road below us, and this made the room very noisy, it needs better sound proofing. The hot water never came, the first time it was a bit warm but the next morning it was completely cold, when mentioning this to the staff, they said to let it run... after almost 10min running the hot water never came.

    Enjoyable centrally-located place :)
The place was very good and very centrally located, in an area that felt safe. I travelled with my family, but even if I had been travelling on my own, I would have felt comfortable there. We were four adults sharing one room, and although there was only one bathroom, there was also a clean toilet located right next to our room, which was very helpful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We bought a bottle of wine outside and the staff very generously lent us glasses, which we really appreciated. There is no on-site parking, but we were able to park on the street right outside the hotel. They also offered to reserve a space in a nearby parking lot for an additional fee (I believe it was around $150 per day).
The beds were a bit on the smaller side, so if someone is very tall or big, they might not find them super comfortable. However, it wasn’t a problem for just a night. Our room was on the ground floor, close to the check-in area and next to a common/social space, so it could get a bit noisy at times.

A very good central option for Tequis!
Very good location, very close to the main plaza & central Tequis, all walkable. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean comfortable rooms. very good service from the Spa.
Can get a little noisy due to the “courtyard” layout, but nothing too serious, sleeping is no problem.

Not Bad, but They Need to Tweak a Few Things
The Internet was unstable and kept cutting out. This impacted our ability to watch a movie and also made it hard for me to work, since I was unable to login to websites I manage. Another pet peeve was that the toilet seat would not stay up. This gets very tricky for men who already have one hand occupied while peeing. :-(

If you have the opportunity, STAY HERE
The location was perfect! Only a couple blocks from the center. Our room was beautiful with French doors that opened to a balcony overlooking the cobblestone street.. the hotel was an open air Floorplan so you could hear the birds singing the minute you open your room door.. the staff was so kind
    I loved everything

    very uncomfortable.
not much, the staff was very kind. No hot water , no parking that was close by, we were told there was parking on premise. There wasn’t . After a long trip from CDMX , and a few bags to un load it was hard to deal with that inconvenience.
